KiwiCo has now given teachers and administrators the ability to create their own quote directly on our Education website. This way you can directly get pricing for orders you would like to place with the Schools & Groups team. You will also be able to share the PDF quote with management and decision makers.
You can find the instructions on how to create a quote below.
Visit education.kiwico.com and log in to your Schools & Groups account. Once you are logged in, Select the Shop and Quote drop down and select Bulk Catalog.
Begin looking through our current catalog and add any items you would like for your students directly to your cart. You can even filter the catalog by Grade range and Subject.
Once you have added crates to your cart you can click on the Shopping cart in the upper right hand corner of the website to view your cart in full. On our cart page, you will see an option below “Check out” to “Create a quote." Before you create a quote, if you are ordering between 25-99 crates you can submit a discount code under the “Have a coupon code?” dropdown. You can submit EDUCATOR21 for the 15% Educator Discount to populate on your quote and future order. If you are planning on ordering more than 99 crates, please reach out directly to schoolsgroups@kiwico.com and we will be able to provide you with a quote and applicable discounts.
If you click on the “Create a quote” button, you will see a pop-up appear with the option to enter in an email you would like the PDF quote to be sent to. Click on “Create my PDF quote” to generate and send the official quote for you to use.
Shortly after you will receive an email from KiwiCo with a quote that will look like this:
